本仪器用於测试成鞋的防水性能。在一规定水深度的整只鞋子经受旋转湿刷的机械洗刷，测量鞋子的水穿透性。
This instrument is used to test the waterproof performance for whole shoe. The whole shoe will be undergone washing and brushing of machine by rotary wet brushes under a stipulation water depth, and to measure the water penetratility to shoe.
